Welcome, Thunderbird staff and festival volunteers! Thank you for being a part of Oklahoma’s first and only drone film festival and drone technology event.

This page is designed to answer any questions you may have, and provide you with mission-critical info.

If you have questions, please refer to this page before reaching out to other staff or volunteers.

 

Location, Call Times, & Attire

Hotel: Hyatt Regency Downtown Tulsa

Check in : 4 pm

Your room is under your name. You will need to provide your own credit card for incedentals.

 

Venue: OSU-Tulsa Conference Center

 


FRIDAY OCTOBER 4TH:

Crew call: 5 pm (Auditorium)

Dinner provided


SATURDAY OCTOBER 5TH:

Crew call: 9 am (Auditorium)

Light breakfast provided


Please wear your crew badge at all times and a Thunderbird Drone Festival shirt (color of your choice).

If you do not have a festival shirt, please see the merch booth upon arrival to pick up a shirt at no cost to you.


 

Who do I contact if I have questions?

Jacob - General questions, he’s Volunteer Director

Nathan - Tech Questions/If something is crashing and burning

Chris - Try to keep all questions filtered through Jacob and Nathan first before asking Chris

Please make sure radios are returned to chargers at end of show, and please use the same radio both days.

For every ticket, please take down name and email.

All Access Ticket - $50

VIP Ticket - $100

Film Festival Ticket (Box Office Only, no online) - $35

Drone Day (Box Office Only, no online) - $35

Kids under 12 get in FREE, but we still need to ticket them so we can track attendance.
