Thunderbird Drone Festival will kick off the festivities on Octover 4th with a film/photo awards show at the OSU Tulsa Conference Center.
The event will showcase the world's best drone films and photos across various categories. The films and photos featured in the festival will be hand-selected by a professional jury, including Emmy award winners. Prizes will be awarded and attendees can celebrate together at a VIP after-party.
Immediately following the awards show, our friends at Dynamic Skies Drone Light Shows will release a fleet of 100 synchronized drones that will light up the Tulsa night sky!
Film & Photo Awards Show
will begin October 5th. Attendees will get the chance to attend a wide range of drone seminars, panels, and demos covering everything drone industry. All ages can learn how to fly a drone, check out our FPV drone simulators, and take part in STEM activities to learn about the science of flight.
Sky High Shootout FPV Races
The weekend will close with the exciting FPV Drone Races at the 2024 Sky-high Shootout. Watch as goggle-wearing races as they pilot tiny whoop drones through a complicated obstacle course. Cheer on your favorite pilot and see if they have what it takes to be this year's champion.
